We will tailor a package of training, installation and project management services to ensure the earliest possible return on your technology investment. Following implementation we will continue to build our partnership with you, through the provision of excellent ongoing support.
DA Library Technologies will provide first line local support for both hardware and software. Support will be provided from a team which combines technology, application and library expertise and which is dedicated to your ongoing success. DA's staff includes personnel with library, data conversion, technical and project management experience.
During both your selection process and installation we will commit our resources to ensure we understand your library's business needs as well as the physical and IT environment in which your system will be installed. This will allow us to configure your system with greater confidence and ensure it can meet your current and projected requirements.
We will provide a Project Manager to take responsibility for the success of your implementation. This person will oversee all aspects of your installation and training process, including coordinating with other vendors where required.
We will, where you wish, work with the suppliers of your complementary systems to integrate our products with theirs. We will provide you with our quotation for integration projects, prior to commencing work.
We will train you in our products to allow you to both use them effectively and be able to train your staff as required. Where appropriate, training will be conducted at your library.
